Pumpkin Seed Trail Mix
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups in-shell pumpkin seeds, roasted and salted
- 1 cup raw unsalted walnuts
- 1 cup roasted unsalted hazelnuts
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chunks or chips
- 1/2 cup unsweetened dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup unsweetened dried cherries
Directions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Store trail mix in airtight containers for up to 3 weeks.
